If you find you can’t attend, refunds can be issued with a $30 fee per person up until December 28, 2024. After December 28 refunds will not be issued. You can defer your pass for 2025 with no fees at any time. The pass will expire if it is not used in 2025.

You can also transfer your pass to someone else with a $20 fee up until December 21st, 2024. We will just need the name of the person receiving the pass. You can upgrade your party pass to a full weekend pass at any time. However, we cannot issue refunds to downgrade full weekend passes to party passes.

Contest fees can be refunded before December 28th, 2024. Once the event is underway we will be unable to refund your contest fees if you find you are unable to compete. Contest fees cannot be transferred to following years.

For all refunds/transfers please contact us at info@stormyweatherjazzfest.com. Once we’re close to the event, we may not be able to respond until after the event. Rest assured that we will honor all policies as soon as we have time to respond.
